We are offering an extraordinary photography workshop opportunity in Banff & Jasper Canadian Rocky Mountain Park.  James Netz of James Netz Photography and Kurt Walbeck owner of Coliseum Mountain Resort and Outdoor Bound TV show have partnered to offer this workshop in one of the most picturesque places on earth, with second to none mountain views, glaciers, wildlife, waterfalls and glacier mountain lakes.  James Netz is a diversified, seasoned and award winning photographer/videographer with a studio and gallery in downtown Hayward Wisconsin and St Paul Minnesota, a passion for wildlife and landscape and teaching others his years of experience.  Kurt Walbeck has owned his lodge in Alberta, in a perfect location just outside of the park, him and his team have been guiding in the park and surrounding area for years, knowing the area like the back of his hand.  His resort and team have comfortable accommodations and the food is amazing.

This workshop is all inclusive, transportation to and from the Calgary airport, lodging, all meals, daily transportation to all the locations, location guides, instruction every and all day with James Netz and his team, evenings will be recapping the day editing of top images, and Lightroom instruction.

Pricing:

$4995USD with early bird pricing of $4695USD if booked 90 days prior to the workshop.  We do require a $1000USD with $500USD refunded if canceled 60 days prior to the workshop.

What to bring:

• Camera (full frame preferred) spare is always a good idea as well
• Wide-angle lenses (15/16-35, 24-70)
• Telephoto Lens 70-200 or higher
• Remote shutter release
• Camera rain cover
• Variable ND filter to fit wide angle lenses
• Tripod and ball head (if it’s inconvenient to bring a tripod on your flight we can provide one)
• Rain gear
• Good hiking boots
• Warm and cool weather clothes, layers are encouraged (we never know what the weather will be)
• We will share some recommended camera equipment rental vendors for anything you might need that you don’t own
