Teamwork makes the dream work

This spring marks a huge milestone for us—15 years of our Hayward studio and gallery—and it feels like the perfect time to pause, reflect, and say thank you to the people who make it all possible.

Behind every finished image, every polished video, and every successful event is a team that gives far more than what’s expected. Casey, Lenora, Tami and Maggie (emotional support dog) are the heart and backbone of James Netz Photography, Video & DJ. Their passion, professionalism, experience, and drive elevate every project we take on—and often push the final results beyond even my own perfectionist expectations.

After more than 20 years in the industry, I can honestly say I’m beyond proud of the team I’ve found and now work with. They continue to amaze me with everything I challenge them with—from long, demanding days that stretch past 1am, to traveling straight to the next job and doing it all again without missing a beat. And through it all, they bring creativity, teamwork, dedication, and plenty of laughter.

This business would not be what it is today without them. Their hard work, passion, commitment, and collaborative spirit truly make the dream work—not just for us, but for every client who trusts us with their story.
